The popularity of Android Operating System is all time high and Google has already announced its third version, Gingerbread. There is no indication that the popularity will slow down in the near future.

With Microsoft Windows still not divulging much details about what the new “operating system” (yes—Windows Phone 7 is an OS, a cell phone platform, with many people confusing it with a “mobile-phone set”), there has been roaring rumours, most of them with some truth, about what the Phone 7 will not have!
