emailSo you were trying to configure your Microsoft Outlook, and you didn’t know which option to choose—IMAP or POP3; clearly because you didn’t know what they meant in the first place.
Electronic mail, or e-mail as it is now known, became hugely popular when it first came into existence, as it was one of the first amazingly useful applications on the then-just-growing Internet. However, as mail goes from being just simple text to images and links and much more, a great deal has been done to incorporate such features.

What do you know about Gmail?

GmailGmail is a free-to-use webmail meant for you to send and receive mails, but, as you can well imagine, that’s not all.
After all, the Google team is far too clever to provide us with the exact same services offered by the others. In fact, it is common belief that Gmail has lots of hidden functions, yet very few know about them.

Junk mailWhy do you think you have a special folder for scam in your Gmail or Yahoo account? You know it filters out the “spam”; or what could be called as unsolicited email, something that you haven’t requested and still got, and is often a useless advertisement. But why did there have to be spam in the first place? And who sends it to you?
